The Simple Version

We believe in keeping things clear:

• ForeDraw competitions are skill-based and open to UK residents aged 18+.
• Every entry requires a correct answer to a skill question.
• Each competition has a fixed closing date — we do not extend draws.
• Draws always run on the advertised date, regardless of ticket sales.
• Winners are selected at random using an independent third-party random generator.
• Prizes are transferable but not redeemable for cash.
• Entries are non-refundable (unless we cancel a competition).

1. Eligibility

1.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.

1.2 ForeDraw reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time.

2. Nature of Competition

2.1 All ForeDraw competitions are skill-based prize competitions and are not lotteries.

2.2 Every valid entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question.

2.3 Entries that answer the skill-based question incorrectly will be invalidated but will not be refunded.

3. How to Enter

One-Off Ticket Purchases

3.1 Entrants must correctly answer the skill-based question before completing checkout.

3.2 Entry is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received.

3.3 If payment fails or is reversed, no ticket will be issued.

Subscription Entries

3.4 Subscribers will receive a private link at the beginning of each competition period containing that month’s skill-based question.

3.5 To enter, the subscriber must submit their answer via the provided form before the competition closing date.

3.6 If no submission is received, the subscriber will not be entered into that competition.

3.7 Subscription payments are non-refundable, even if the subscriber does not submit an answer.

3.8 Entries that do not correctly answer the skill-based question will be invalid and ineligible for the draw. No refund will be issued

3.9 Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect entries already purchased.

3.10 Entrants may also receive additional promotional entries in accordance with Section 4A (Promotional & Bonus Entries).

4. Ticket Allocation

4.1 Ticket numbers are randomly assigned.

4.2 A maximum of 10 tickets per person per competition is permitted.

4.3 There is no minimum number of tickets required for a draw to proceed.

4.4 Draws will proceed on the advertised closing date regardless of ticket sales.

4.5 Ticket numbers will not be publicly advertised in marketing materials but may be visible during the live draw.

4A. Promotional & Bonus Entries

4A.1 ForeDraw may, from time to time, offer promotional incentives, including but not limited to bonus entries awarded in connection with subscription sign-ups, promotional codes, referral programmes, or other marketing activities.

4A.2 Where a promotion is advertised, eligible entrants may receive additional entries into the relevant competition, subject to the specific terms of that promotion.

4A.3 Bonus entries:

• will be clearly stated at the point of promotion,

• may be applied manually or automatically by ForeDraw,

• will apply only to the specified competition or promotional period,

• are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4A.4 Bonus entries may be subject to verification and will only be awarded where all entry requirements (including correct answer to the skill-based question) have been satisfied.

4A.5 ForeDraw reserves the right to withhold, remove, or adjust bonus entries where:

• a promotion has been misused,

• duplicate or fraudulent activity is detected, or

• these Terms have been breached.

4A.6 The allocation of bonus entries does not guarantee any increased likelihood of winning beyond the proportional increase in valid entries held.

5. Competition Period

5.1 Each competition will have a fixed closing date clearly displayed on the website.

5.2 Competitions will not be extended.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 All winners are selected at random from valid entries using an independent third-party random number generator (e.g., Random.org).

6.2 Draws will be live streamed via ForeDraw’s official social media channels and recordings may remain publicly available.

6.3 The winning ticket number and/or winner’s name may be published.

6.4 Personal contact details will never be publicly shared.

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.

7.2 Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification.

7.3 Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw will take place.

7.4 ForeDraw reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership before awarding the prize.

8. The Prize

8.1 The prize will be as described on the competition page.

8.2 Travel is not included unless explicitly stated.

8.3 Dinner and breakfast are included where stated but may vary by competition.

8.4 Prize dates must be confirmed within 14 days of the winner being notified.

8.5 Prize dates must fall within 60 days of the draw date unless otherwise agreed.

8.6 All bookings are subject to venue availability.

8.7 If a venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond ForeDraw’s control, we will use reasonable efforts to arrange a comparable alternative experience.

8.8 There is no cash alternative.

8.9 Prizes are transferable. The winner may nominate others to attend or use the prize.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

9.1 All entries are non-refundable.

9.2 If a competition is cancelled by ForeDraw, all entrants will receive a full refund.

9.3 In the event of extreme external circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure events), refunds may be issued where ForeDraw is able to recover the cost of the prize.

10. Fraud & Abuse

10.1 Automated entries, bots, or bulk entries are strictly prohibited.

10.2 ForeDraw reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, payment abuse, or manipulation of the competition.

10.3 Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in permanent exclusion from future competitions.

11. Liability

11.1 ForeDraw’s total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the total price paid by that entrant for entry into the relevant competition.

11.2 ForeDraw shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of enjoyment
• Travel expenses
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Venue cancellations beyond our control

11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. Data Protection

12.1 Entrants’ personal data will be used solely for:
• Administering competitions
• Contacting winners
• Marketing communications (where consent is provided)

12.2 ForeDraw does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

13. General

13.1 ForeDraw reserves the right to amend these Terms where necessary for legal or operational reasons.

13.2 Competitions are governed by English law.

13.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
