FOREDRAW - TERMS & CONDITIONS

THE SIMPLE VERSION
We believe in keeping things clear:
• ForeDraw prize draws are open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18+.
• No purchase is necessary - you can enter any draw free by post (see Section 3A).
• Paid and free entries go into the same draw, with the same chance of winning.
• Each competition has a fixed closing date - we do not extend draws.
• Draws always run on the advertised date, regardless of the number of entries.
• Winners are selected at random using an independent third-party random generator.
• Prizes are transferable but not redeemable for cash.
• Paid entries are non-refundable (unless we cancel a competition).

1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Entry is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over.
1.2 Entry is not open to residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or anywhere outside Great Britain.
1.3 ForeDraw reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time.
2. NATURE OF THE PRIZE DRAW
2.1 ForeDraw runs prize draws that are structured to fall outside the definition of a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005. They are not lotteries, and are not licensed by, or affiliated with, the Gambling Commission.
2.2 Entry is available by two routes of equal standing: (a) a paid entry, purchased online; and (b) a free postal entry, requiring no payment (see Section 3A). No purchase is necessary to enter, or to win.
2.3 All valid entries - paid and free - are placed into a single pool and treated identically. Every entry, however it is made, has the same chance of being selected.
2.4 Winners are selected at random from that single pool. No skill, knowledge or judgement is required to enter or to win.
3. HOW TO ENTER - PAID ENTRIES
One-Off Purchases
3.1 Select your entries and complete checkout. Entry is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
3.2 If payment fails or is reversed, no entry will be issued.
Subscription Entries
3.3 Subscribers are automatically entered into each competition that closes during their active subscription period, at the entry level applicable to their subscription tier. No further action is required.
3.4 Entry is confirmed once each subscription payment has been successfully received.
3.5 Subscription payments are non-refundable.
3.6 Subscribers may cancel at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges and future entries, but does not affect entries already made.
3.7 Entrants may also receive additional promotional entries in accordance with Section 4A (Promotional & Bonus Entries).
3A. FREE POSTAL ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
3A.1 No purchase is necessary to enter. You may enter any ForeDraw draw free of charge by post, with exactly the same chance of winning as a paid entry.
3A.2 To enter by post, send a postcard - or a sheet of paper in an envelope - clearly stating: your full legal name; date of birth; email address; postal address; and the draw you wish to enter. Send to: ForeDraw Ltd, Free Entry, 3 Galena Road, London, W6 0LT.
3A.3 One entry per postcard or letter. You may submit up to 10 free entries per person, per competition - the same maximum as paid entries (see clause 4.2). To enter more than once, post each entry separately; multiple entries within a single envelope will not be accepted.
3A.4 Postal entries must be received before the competition's closing date. Entries that arrive after the closing date, or which are incomplete or illegible, will not be entered. You will not be notified if an entry is invalid.
3A.5 Only the cost of ordinary first- or second-class postage applies. No payment is made to ForeDraw, and no purchase is required to enter or to claim a prize.
3A.6 Valid postal entries are placed into the same draw as paid entries and carry the same chance of winning. The closing date and draw date are the same for all entrants.
4. ENTRY ALLOCATION
4.1 Entry numbers are randomly assigned and emailed to entrants on the day of the Draw.
4.2 A maximum of 10 entries per person per competition is permitted for paid or postal entries. Additional entries may be awarded via bonus promotions or competitions, to a maximum of ten.
4.3 There is no minimum number of entries required for a draw to proceed.
4.4 Draws will proceed on the advertised closing date regardless of the number of entries received.
4.5 Entry numbers will not be publicly advertised in marketing materials but may be visible during the live draw.
4.6 Entries close at 6:00pm on the closing date, the final day of the calendar month. ForeDraw reserves the right to complete a final reconciliation of successful payments prior to the draw. Any eligible subscription renewals or purchases successfully processed during this reconciliation period may be included in that month's draw.
4A. PROMOTIONAL & BONUS ENTRIES
4A.1 ForeDraw may, from time to time, offer promotional incentives, including but not limited to bonus entries awarded in connection with subscription sign-ups, promotional codes, referral programmes, or other marketing activities.
4A.2 Where a promotion is advertised, eligible entrants may receive additional entries into the relevant competition, subject to the specific terms of that promotion.
4A.3 Bonus entries:
• will be clearly stated at the point of promotion,
• may be applied manually or automatically by ForeDraw,
• will apply only to the specified competition or promotional period,
• are non-transferable and have no cash value.
4A.4 Bonus entries may be subject to verification and will only be awarded where all entry requirements have been satisfied.
4A.5 ForeDraw reserves the right to withhold, remove, or adjust bonus entries where:
• a promotion has been misused,
• duplicate or fraudulent activity is detected, or
• these Terms have been breached.
4A.6 The allocation of bonus entries does not guarantee any increased likelihood of winning beyond the proportional increase in valid entries held.
4A.7 ForeDraw may issue complimentary promotional entries to ambassadors, influencers, creators, commercial partners, or marketing collaborators. Such entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements and entry limits as paid entries unless otherwise stated.
4A.8 Mailing list bonus entries. Individuals who join the ForeDraw mailing list may receive bonus entries on their first subscription payment only - 1 entry (Casual Golfer), 3 entries (Fairway Finder Club) or 5 entries (Tour Champion). To receive the bonus, the subscriber must use the same email address they used to join the mailing list. The bonus is awarded once per person and does not apply to renewals or subsequent months.
5. COMPETITION PERIOD
5.1 Each competition will have a fixed closing date clearly displayed on the website.
5.2 Competitions will not be extended.
6. WINNER SELECTION
6.1 All winners are selected at random from all valid entries - paid and free postal entries combined into a single pool - using an independent third-party random number generator (e.g., Random.org).
6.2 Draws will be live streamed via ForeDraw's official social media channels (Instagram) and recordings may remain publicly available.
6.3 The winning entry number and/or winner's name may be published.
6.4 Personal contact details will never be publicly shared.
7. CLAIMING THE PRIZE
7.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
7.2 Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification.
7.3 Failure to respond within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the prize and a redraw will take place.
7.4 ForeDraw reserves the right to request proof of identity and, in the case of a paid entry, proof of payment method ownership before awarding the prize.
8. THE PRIZE
8.1 The prize will be as described on the competition page.
8.2 Travel is not included unless explicitly stated.
8.3 Dinner and breakfast are included where stated but may vary by competition.
8.4 Prize dates must be confirmed within 14 days of the winner being notified.
8.5 Prize dates must fall within 60 days of the draw date unless otherwise agreed.
8.6 All bookings are subject to venue availability.
8.7 If a venue becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond ForeDraw's control, we will use reasonable efforts to arrange a comparable alternative experience.
8.8 There is no cash alternative.
8.9 Prizes are transferable. The winner may nominate others to attend or use the prize.
9. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
9.1 All paid entries are non-refundable.
9.2 If a competition is cancelled by ForeDraw, all paying entrants will receive a full refund.
9.3 In the event of extreme external circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure events), refunds may be issued where ForeDraw is able to recover the cost of the prize.
10. FRAUD & ABUSE
10.1 Automated entries, bots, or bulk entries are strictly prohibited.
10.2 ForeDraw reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, payment abuse, or manipulation of the competition.
10.3 Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in permanent exclusion from future competitions.
11. LIABILITY
11.1 ForeDraw's total liability to any entrant shall not exceed the total amount paid by that entrant for entry into the relevant competition.
11.2 ForeDraw shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of enjoyment
• Travel expenses
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Venue cancellations beyond our control
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. DATA PROTECTION
12.1 Entrants' personal data (whether provided online or by post) will be used solely for:
• Administering competitions
• Contacting winners
• Marketing communications (where consent is provided)
12.2 ForeDraw does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
12.3 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
13. GENERAL
13.1 ForeDraw reserves the right to amend these Terms where necessary for legal or operational reasons.
13.2 Competitions are governed by English law.
13.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
